Check here for updates to my site.
In July, we vacationed in Puerto Rico, mainly to visit my daughter who is currently living in Mayaquez. Some of my photos from the trip are here.
We made our annual pilgrimage to Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens in Washington, D.C. (all of a 15 minute drive). July is the best time to see the large Asian lotus blooms there. I added 11 pics to the head of my gallery here.
On Saturday, June 27th, I attended the wedding of Courtney and Dan in Yorktown Heights, NY. I was not the official photographer, but as a friend of the bride's family, I was asked to take some extra pictures. Here's what I was able to grab while doing my best to stay out of the way of the official photographer.
Created a new gallery for the 2014 Maple Lawn Festival fireworks on July 12 in Fulton Maryland. You can visit the gallery here.
Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, on the outskirts of Washington, D.C., is one of my favorite places to take photos. Every year about this time, the many ponds of large Asian Lotus plants bloom, creating seas of pink and white throughout the park. I visited again recently and posted 10 new images at the head of my Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens gallery.
One of my duties as Director of Marketing and Design for the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) is serving as official photographer for their annual national convention. This year's NACM Credit Congress was held on June 7-11, 2014 in Orlando Florida. Here's a small sampling of images I took at the event.
On May 4, 2014, I went to Franz Sebastian Salon in Bethesda, Maryland to photograph Kathryn Olsen as she created her look for the Wella Professionals TrendVision 2014 Competition with model Alicia Allen. Here are some images from that session.
While visiting Baltimore's Inner Harbor on December 7, 2013, we were very fortunate to see the 72nd Anniversary Pearl Harbor Memorial Ceremony aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Taney, the last commissioned United States vessel still afloat that saw action on December 7, 1941 in Hawaii. Some of my photos from that event are in a new gallery in EVENTS.
